MIAMI, Florida, January 5, 2015 –delancyhill, P.A., a litigation and transactional boutique law firm established in 2001, is expanding its Florida and international presence and joining Hamilton Miller Birthisel, a trial law firm specializing in insurance defense and coverage, premises liability, medical and professional liability, labor and employment, admiralty and maritime, construction, and complex business litigation. The strategic alliance will continue Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel’s rise as one of the most diverse law firms in the State of Florida and the Caribbean region.

The founding members of the delancyhill, Michelle Delancy and Marlon Hill, each have 20 years of local and international law firm experience. Delancy now serves as the managing partner of delancyhill. Delancy and Hill join Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel as partners.
