Welcome our newest HMB Miami Associate, Barbara Nolan.

Barbara Suarez Nolan has been a trial lawyer and litigator since 2006. She began her career in appeals and commercial litigation, including going to Federal Court in her first year of practice. She has handled a broad spectrum of cases in state and federal court including personal injury and wrongful death claims, first party insurance defense property damage claims, labor and employment litigation, and commercial litigation. Barbara’s business background provides her with a unique perspective many attorneys do not possess in understanding how to control exposure. She is also a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Hispanic National Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
