Plaintiff Donohugh Innis claims to have been injured in an automobile accident which took place on March 11, 2021. At that time, Defendant Jere Griffin owned the vehicle that was driven by Defendant Jordan Perrault when it rear-ended the Plaintiff’s vehicle. The Defendants admitted negligence but disputed the injuries Mr. Innis alleged were caused by the accident. Mr. Innis claimed various injuries as a result of the accident, including neck and back complaints as well as past and future wage claims. Mr. Innis sought over $8 million dollars in damages which included over $275,000 in past medical expenses after undergoing lumbar spine surgery. Natalie Inchaustegui Duenas from H&B represented the owner of the vehicle, Mr. Griffin, at trial. Post trial motions to be filed by the defense for previously filed Proposal for Settlement.
