Experienced labor and employment attorney, Gina Cadogan, joins HMB as of counsel

HM&B is pleased to announce that Gina Cadogan has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Gina represents public and private companies in all aspects of labor and employment litigation and training. She has served as counsel to large national and international companies, municipalities, and insurance carriers in both federal and state court matters. For 17 years, Gina has successfully represented clients in sex, race, national origin, age, religion, disability and pregnancy discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases, as well as labor matters, including violations of the Family Medical Leave Act and the overt i me I aw s under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Gina also handles the negotiation of severance agreements, non-competition agreements and employment agreements. Gina currently serves as Co-Chair on Committees of the Florida Bar, and for Labor & Employment conferences, and has been recognized as Top 40 under 40 from Legacy Magazine.
