Tim Weaver is a partner in the firm’s Orlando office. Tim is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice in in the area of Personal Injury Protection (PIP), SIU insurance fraud defense, bodily injury, first party property and personal injury. Tim is a tireless advocate and skilled litigator who has used his talents to unravel the most complex claims.

Before joining HM&B, Tim worked for a large law firm where he specialized in insurance litigation cases.

Tim completed his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and his  Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law. During law school, he worked as a law clerk with Honorable Bob LeBlanc, the Orange County Circuit Court judge.
