Viraj Mehta is a Trial Lawyer and Partner in the Firm’s Miami Office. Viraj focuses his practice in the area of Personal Injury Protection, Insurance Coverage, Fraud, and General Civil Litigation.

Viraj has extensive experience handling and litigating personal injury protection claims for insurance carriers throughout Florida. He has considerable experience in conducting depositions of medical providers and arguing substantive motions, such as Motions for Summary Judgment and Motions to Dismiss. He has also served as an expert witness for attorney’s fees matters related to personal injury protection cases.

Viraj earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
