Jennifer Garcia Vincenty is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. Jennifer focuses her practice in the area of Personal Injury Protection (PIP), bodily injury, and general liability. 

Prior to joining HM&B, Jennifer worked as a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office in the Ninth Judicial Circuit. During her time as a prosecutor, she tried multiple criminal cases to verdict. Subsequently, Jennifer worked for a large law firm where she specialized in insurance litigation cases. Jennifer is a skilled litigator who uses her abilities to promptly analyze cases to benefit clients in obtaining favorable results. 

Jennifer completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor Degree from the Florida A&M University College of Law. During law school, she worked as a paralegal at a small firm in Orlando focusing on Family Law and Personal Injury. 

She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
