Spencer Price is an Associate at the firm’s Miami office. He concentrates his practice on civil and commercial litigation, primarily specializing in the defense of a wide variety of admiralty and maritime claims, including but not limited to passenger and crew claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, negligent security, medical malpractice, and sexual assault, as well as salvage claims. In doing so, Mr. Price represents some of the world’s largest cruise lines in multi-million dollar complex claims from pre-suit to trial and arbitration.

Originally from San Diego, California, Mr. Price completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences, and a Certificate in Business Foundations. Mr. Price received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law where he was a recipient of multiple scholarships. While attending law school, Mr. Price studied at EBS School of Business and Law in Wiesbaden, Germany, where he earned a Certificate in European Union Business Law.
