Scott Siders is an associate at the Firm’s Miami office. Scott is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on personal injury, product liability, and premises liability. Scott is a highly valued team member whose skills will benefit clients to obtain expedient and favorable results.

Before joining HM&B as an associate, Scott clerked for the Firm while attending law school. Prior to law school, Scott was an engineer performing product design and development projects in a variety of industries for nearly 20 years and was an educator teaching engineering concepts and robotics to grade-school and middle-school students in the US and South Africa.

Scott completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering. After years of being an engineer, Scott returned to school and received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While at FIU Law, Scott served as the Managing Senior Associate Editor for the African Journal of Legal Studies and performed more than 130 pro bono service hours with the FIU Law Clinic’s Guardianship Project.
