Sarah Chin is an associate attorney in the Tampa office. Sarah is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation and Personal Injury Protection claims. Sarah is a skilled litigator whose ability to quickly analyze and evaluate cases has benefited clients in obtaining expedient and favorable results.

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Sarah worked as an associate attorney handling defense insurance carriers in Personal Injury Protection claims throughout the State of Florida.

Sarah attended the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina for her undergraduate degree and played four years of Division II Women’s Golf. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law. In law school, Sarah was the Conference Editor on the Law Review Board and was a member of the Nationally ranked Moot Court Honor Board.
