Samantha Pearce is an associate at the firm’s Tampa office. Her practice focuses primarily on insurance defense, civil litigation, and maritime law, in both Florida and federal courts. Before joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, LLP, Samantha began her career as a plaintiff’s attorney, bringing a unique perspective.

Samantha graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in International and Global Studies. She then attended law school at Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island, where she had the unique opportunity to concentrate her education on both maritime and business relations. While there, she also interned for the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General.
