Samantha Forkel is an associate at the firm’s Miami office. Samantha is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on personal injury and premises liability. Samantha is a highly valued team member whose skills will benefit clients to get expedient and favorable results.

Before joining HM&B as an associate, Samantha clerked for the Firm while attending law school. Prior to her time at the firm, Samantha was an intern at FIU’s Law Practice and the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel.

Samantha completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Legal Studies. Samantha went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. While at FIU Law, she served as the Vice President of Competitions for FIU Law’s Mediation and Negotiation team and was a member of the Moot Court Team.
