Christina Rothstein is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office. She is a trial lawyer who focuses on insurance matters. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Christina obtained her 6-20 Adjuster’s License and worked for two large auto carriers handling Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and property claims. Wanting to expand on the knowledge and skills she learned as an adjuster, Christina attended law school on scholarship.

Upon receiving her law degree in 2015, Christina gained significant experience in insurance defense, defending PIP and pre-suit bodily injury cases throughout Florida. Christina has used her strong advocate skills to help her clients, handling suits involving material misrepresentation, declaratory actions, fraud, insurance and coverage disputes. Before joining Hamilton Miller, Christina worked as a plaintiff’s attorney handling PIP cases for various medical providers around the Sunshine State.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys traveling, hiking, and true crime podcasts. Christina is also licensed to practice law in Washington state.
