Rodrigo Palomino is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office concentrating  his practice in admiralty/maritime law and personal injury defense.  Mr. Palomino represents some of the world’s largest cruise lines and other marine entities in both state and federal courts throughout Florida. Mr. Palomino was born in Lima, Peru but was raised in Miami and is fluent in Spanish. A native of Florida, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. Mr. Palomino went on to transfer to Florida International University College of Law with advanced standing and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2017.

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Mr. Palomino practiced in the areas of family law, probate litigation and estate planning. He then went on to work as an associate at a Miami law firm where he regularly handled a wide variety of maritime and admiralty matters. Mr. Palomino is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a current and active board member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Dade County Bar Association.
