Rodrigo Palomino is a Partner in the firm’s Miami office, concentrating his practice in admiralty and maritime law and personal injury defense. He represents some of the world’s largest cruise lines, marinas, boat manufacturers, and boat dealers in high-exposure matters pending in state and federal courts throughout Florida. Rodrigo handles maritime and premises-liability matters from early case assessment through resolution, working closely with clients, insurers, and risk managers to deliver strategic and cost-effective defense solutions.
Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Mr. Palomino practiced in the areas of family law, probate litigation and estate planning. He then went on to work as an associate at a Miami law firm where he regularly handled a wide variety of maritime and admiralty matters. Mr. Palomino is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a current and active board member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Dade County Bar Association.
A native of Florida, Rodrigo holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2017. He is fluent in Spanish.
