Natalie A. Inchaustegui Dueñas is an accomplished civil trial litigator and a Partner in the firm’s Miami office. She focuses her practice on all aspects of liability and casualty defense, with extensive experience in litigating general liability, automobile insurance claims, and third-party insurance claims from inception through trial.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Natalie’s bilingual capabilities enable her to effectively represent a diverse clientele.

With close to over 20 years of experience, she has successfully defended and litigated personal injury claims, coverage disputes, and complex liability matters on behalf of various insurance companies and individual entities. Prior to joining the firm, she served as In-House Counsel for a national insurance company, where she gained valuable insight into risk assessment and claims management further strengthening her expertise in the industry.

Outside of her legal practice, Natalie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.
