Natalie A. Inchaustegui Dueñas is an accomplished civil trial litigator who is a Partner in the firm’s Miami office focusing her practice on all aspects of liability and casualty defense. Over the course of her practice, Natalie has litigated third-party insurance claims from inception through trial. Her bilingual capabilities allow her to easily work with both English and Spanish speaking clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Natalie has 16 years of experience defending and litigating personal injury claims and coverage disputes for various insurance companies including working as In-House Counsel for a national insurance company.

When she is not zealously advocating for her clients, Natalie enjoys time with her husband and two children.
