Michelle Incandela is a partner in the firm’s Tampa office. She is a seasoned civil litigator who focuses her practice on insurance defense. Michelle has extensive experience representing insurance carriers in both first-party and third-party liability matters throughout the State of Florida. She is known for her tenacity and effectiveness in defending claims.
Michelle began her legal career in New York with an insurance defense firm where she concentrated on civil litigation and developed substantial trial experience representing defendants and insurance companies.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law at Queens College.
She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of Florida where she is a Florida Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator.
