John F. Meade is a partner in our Fort Myers office. John is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability, negligence, bodily injury, auto liability and premises liability defense. With over 18 years of experience, John is a dedicated attorney known for his tenacity and effectiveness in defending claims. 

Prior to joining HM&B, John worked for several private practices in Florida handling a wide variety of insurance disputes and workers’ compensation matters. Before attending law school, John was a litigation paralegal for 10 years, including 5 as a paralegal for in-house counsel with a national multi-lines carrier. He was also an auto claims adjuster with a major insurance company. 

John earned his B.A. degree from Dickinson College and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
