Marta R. Golani is an associate attorney at the firm’s Miami office. She focuses her practice on commercial and construction litigation matters. Marta primarily represents domestic and international insurers, international cruise lines, and construction industry clients in state and federal court in matters pertaining to contractual disputes, business torts, construction defects, and products liability.

Marta has experience primarily in civil and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts involving complex business disputes, consumer finance, banking, real estate title issues, defamation, breach of fiduciary duties, fraudulent transfers and insurance malpractice.  Marta also worked on complex real estate transactions including forbearance agreements and workouts.

In addition, Marta has understanding and familiarity of the civil law system. Prior to practicing law in the U.S., she studied at the University of Warsaw where she earned her Master of Laws and studied the European Union law at a program sponsored by Cambridge University.
