Successfully defended a trucking liability case. Duval County assigned 90% liability to Plaintiff and awarded Plaintiff $850 in a $1,6999,000 Injury Claim Demand.
Obtained Writ of Certiorari quashing lower Court Order requiring insurer to produce documents that were part of an underwriting file on the insurer property breach of contract claim. American Integrity Insurance Company of Florida v. Floyd Venable and Betty Venable (First District Court 2021)
