Lindsey C. Kofoed is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office. She is a trial lawyer with a vast array of experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Lindsey believes that the main goal of any case is a successful, and timely resolution.

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Lindsey worked for one of the largest labor and employment firms in the Southeast where she was involved in cases from initial evaluation to resolution. While there, she tried multiple cases to jury verdict and mediated hundreds of cases, often with success.

Lindsey holds a B.A. from the University of South Florida and gained her J.D. from Stetson University of Law where she was a member of Stetson’s Law Review.

Lindsey has been in the Tampa Bay area for 28 years, and has also lived in California, Pennsylvania, Idaho, and Colorado.
