XiXi Li is an associate at the firm’s Orlando office. XiXi is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on first party property, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, professional negligence, insurance coverage disputes, bad faith and extra-contractual liability, and commercial litigation. XiXi is known for her strong advocacy skills which she uses to help clients achieve satisfactory settlements and resolutions. 

Before joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, XiXi was an associate at one of the largest defense firms in Florida. Before becoming an attorney, she was a law clerk handling immigration and intellectual property matters. 

XiXi graduated from Florida State University, with a B.S. in Political Science and International Affairs, with a minor in Communication and received her J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law. 

During law school, XiXi was on the Trial Team and was a Research Assistant focusing on commercial litigation matters. She was also the Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta and served as an Executive Member of the Federalist Society.

As a law student, XiXi was a law clerk for two prestigious firms in Orlando, specializing in defense for businesses and local governments, as well as a firm specializing in intellectual property law, where she was introduced to Federal practice.

XiXi is admitted to practice before all state courts within the State of Florida and the U.S. District Courts for Middle District of Florida.
