Kristen D. Worrell is an associate in our Tampa office. Kristen is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on insurance, personal injury, and premises liability. Known for her proactive case management, she has extensive experience navigating catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex commercial premises liability claims on behalf of her clients.

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Kristen developed a robust litigation background defending national casualty insurers and corporate clients against significant third-party claims.  Kristen is an accomplished advocate inside and outside the courtroom.

Kristen attended the University of South Florida, obtaining a B.S., magna cum laude, in Marketing. She attended law school at Stetson University College of Law and obtained her J.D. cum laude. She was awarded the prestigious Founder’s Award upon graduation. Kristen is an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
