Kira Tsiring is a partner at the firm’s Miami Office. Kira is an experienced litigator having devoted her career to insurance defense work, representing clients both in State and Federal Courts. Kira has mostly handled professional liability, premises liability, construction defects, trucking accidents cases and local, city and state municipality defense. Kira began her career in New York before moving to Florida.

Kira obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Hunter College and then attended Fordham University School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2007. While in law school, Kira clerked for a Kings County Supreme Court Judge assisting in writing opinions in matrimonial matters. Right after law school Kira worked for a plaintiff’s firm handling employment discrimination cases. However, Kira has devoted most of her legal career to insurance defense work defending clients at both the trial and appellate level in personal injury and professional liability cases.

  • Obtained summary judgment for an insurance carrier who claimed that plaintiff was not an additional insured entitled to coverage under a policy of insurance it issued.
