Kimberly P. Archila is a Partner at the firm’s Miami office. She concentrates her practice on civil and commercial litigation, including defending major insurers and corporations in a wide variety of industries, including retail, product manufacturers, cruise lines, and marine domestic underwriters regarding claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, professional malpractice, premises liability and negligent security, hospitality, and products liability.
Before joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Ms. Archila handled matters in all areas involving first-party property and commercial property claims, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and negligence claims. She also previously worked at the State Attorney’s Office where she handled several complex cases and tried over twenty jury trials and over fifty bench trials.
