Madeleine Karas is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. She is a trial lawyer who focuses on general civil litigation, personal injury litigation, catastrophic injury, vehicle negligence, insurance defense, and premises liability. Madeline is a skilled litigator whose experience will benefit clients to get expedient outcomes.
Prior to joining HM&B, Madeleine worked to defend insurance companies in first party property disputes, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect claims, and various establishments such as hotels, restaurants, supermarkets. She also worked with residential/commercial landlords in premises liability lawsuits and has significant experience handling contractual disputes and legal malpractice claims.
Madeleine received her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in 2018 where she majored in criminology and business as well as a minor in psychology. She then returned to her hometown in Naples, Florida to attend Ave Maria School of Law.
Madeleine is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in the state of Florida. She is also an active member with the Collier County Bar Association and Collier County Women’s Bar Association.
