Joshua D. Roth is a partner in the Orlando office. Joshua is a trial lawyer who focuses his practices in the area of insurance defense, personal injury defense, premises liability, trucking, product liability, wrongful death, governmental liability defense and commercial litigation. Joshua’s ability to quickly analyze and evaluate cases has resulted in expedient and favorable results for his clients. 

Before joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, LLP, Joshua served as in-house counsel for a national insurance carrier and was a partner at a large insurance defense firm. Joshua is proficient in French, a skill that has proven valuable in communicating and achieving resolutions with international clients. Joshua was born and raised in the Orlando area, and handles matters across the entire State of Florida.
