Elizabeth began her legal career as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney. Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, she was an associate at a large insurance defense firm where she handled matters involving general liability, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and negligent security claims. Elizabeth’s experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants, enables her to weigh all sides of a dispute and effectively analyze legal issues to help her clients obtain satisfactory resolutions.
