Johnny is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Johnny is a trial lawyer who focuses on general civil litigation,  personal injury litigation, catastrophic injury, hospitality industry defense, security negligence, vehicle negligence, insurance defense, and premises liability. He is a member of the firm’s auto-negligence and premises liability practice groups. Johnny is a seasoned litigator who uses his strong advocacy skills to help his clients achieve satisfactory settlements and resolutions.

Prior to joining HM&B, Johnny worked to defend auto carriers, resorts, hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, commercial landlords, music festivals, and condominium associations.  He has also had significant experience handling family law matters and contractual disputes.

Johnny received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ave Maria University where he was the starting point guard and team captain of the men’s basketball team. He then received his Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria School of Law where he won two Cali awards for highest marks in the subjects of Advanced Contract Drafting and Advanced Sports & Entertainment Law.

Johnny is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in the state of Florida. He is also a National Basketball Players Association ( NBPA) certified sports agent.
