Joel Thaler is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. He is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on bodily injury, uninsured/underinsured motorist, premises liability, toxic torts, construction defect, negligent security, and wrongful death cases. Joel is a zealous advocate and negotiator, well known for his efficient and effective representation of clients.

Before joining Hamiltion, Miller & Birthisel, Joel spent his career working in the insurance industry defending multiple Fortune 100 insurance carriers, third-party administrators, business owners, and individuals across the State of Florida. He thoroughly understands the intricacies and processes of civil litigation and representation of commercial clients. 

Joel obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida International University College of Law.
