Jennifer E. Seipel is a Partner in the firm’s Tampa office. Jennifer is a civil litigator with a focus on insurance defense. She has represented numerous insurance carriers in connection with first-party and third-party liability defense, property and casualty coverage litigation, insurer bad faith, admiralty and maritime law, commercial litigation, business disputes, and general civil litigation throughout the State of Florida.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Sociology. She then attended law school at the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in Orlando, Florida where she served as a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and ATLA Mock Trial Team, and earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2006. Jennifer serves as a member to many organizations including: The Florida Bar, the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Hillsborough Bar Association, and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
