Nicole C. Jackson is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office.  She is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on defending insurance, premises liability, construction defect, and property and casualty claims. Nicole is a skilled advocate with over 20 years of litigation experience. She is known for her tenacity and effectiveness in defending claims.

Nicole began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit. Her experience as a prosecutor equipped her with a solid foundation as a trial lawyer. She also served as the lead trial attorney for the State of Florida Child Advocacy Center, litigating dependency cases involving severe abuse. Nicole then transitioned to civil litigation in the area of insurance defense.  Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller, & Birthisel, Nicole practiced with a large civil defense firm where she handled matters involving insurance, construction defect, and premises liability claims.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political of Science from Spelman College. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University’s College of Law.
