Hunter Daniel is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office. He is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice primarily on insurance defense litigation with an emphasis on construction disputes, premises liability, and auto accident claims. Recognized for his thorough case preparation and strategic advocacy, Hunter combines technical precision with practical insight to achieve favorable and cost-effective results for his clients.
Before joining HM&B, Hunter worked with outstanding firms, representing a broad spectrum of clients including business owners, general contractors, property owners, and subcontractors. He is known for his detail-oriented and analytical approach. Hunter grew up on job sites with his father, a Tampa-based contractor, and draws on that knowledge to dissect information and assist in his cases. By using his technical understanding of construction and knowledge of construction law, Hunter can collaborate closely with key experts including engineers and industry professionals to effectively refute allegations brought against his clients.
