Emma Keller is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. She is a trial attorney who focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation including personal injury, premises liability, bodily injury and property-related claims. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Emma has built a strong reputation for providing practical, strategic counsel and effective advocacy throughout all phases of litigation.

Before concentrating her practice in insurance defense, Emma began her legal career serving clients in nonprofit legal services organizations, where she represented low-income and underserved individuals in family law, housing, and public benefits matters. She later founded and managed her own family law practice, handling complex domestic relations cases involving divorce, paternity, child support, alimony, timesharing, and post-judgment proceedings. This diverse background has shaped her client-centered approach and strengthened her ability to navigate challenging legal disputes with professionalism and compassion.

Emma earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2005.
