Courtney Cargill is an associate in the firm’s Jacksonville office. She is a trial lawyer who specializes in auto negligence, premises liability, professional negligence, and commercial matters. She also has experience in complex construction defect litigation. Courtney is known for her thoughtful legal analysis and commitment to effective client advocacy.
Before joining Hamilton Miller and Birthisel, Courtney practiced at one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms where she handled auto negligence, construction defect and premises liability claims. In her career, Courtney has represented Fortune 100 corporations, insurance carriers, and their insureds in litigation matters throughout Florida, from inception through trial.
