Patricia Concepcion is an associate attorney at the firm’s Miami office. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters. Patricia primarily represents national retailers, international cruise lines, and multinational hospitality industry clients in state and federal court in matters pertaining to contractual disputes, business torts, construction defects, and products liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Patricia worked at a Miami law firm where she concentrated her practice in personal injury protection (PIP), SIU insurance defense, and Examinations under Oath.

  • Obtained order granting summary judgment in favor of a fortune 100 retailer in a business tort claim involving damages of $2 million dollars.
  • Obtained dismissal of a breach of warranty claim against a fortune 500 manufacturer in a multi-defendant products liability case.
  • Obtained order granting summary judgment for a fortune 100 retailer in a business tort claim involving damages in excess of $400,000.00.
  • Obtained multiple voluntary dismissals in various cases in favor of an insurance carrier.
  • Obtain dismissal of a claim for negligence against three corporate employees whom were fraudulently joined to the litigation for purposes of defeating diversity jurisdiction.
  • Obtained order granting summary judgment for a retailer in a business tort claim involving personal injuries.
  • Obtained order granting summary judgment in favor of a fortune 100 retailer on the basis that it did not have actual or constructive notice prior to the alleged incident which retailer did not owe a duty to warn of and the incident was not foreseeable.
