Jaimie Carlson is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office. She is a trial attorney who focuses primarily on civil litigation, maritime law, and insurance defense. Jaimie is a highly valued team player whose skills will benefit clients to get expedient and favorable results.

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Jaimie litigated in both state and federal courts and served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company. Jaimie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University. She then attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, where she graduated magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor degree. She went on to serve as an intern with the United States Coast Guard.

Jaimie is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle Districts of Florida, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
