Brian is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. He is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on commercial litigation, insurance, personal injury, premises liability and transportation. 

Brian is a skilled litigator whose ability to quickly analyze and evaluate cases has benefitted clients in allowing them to get expedient and favorable results.

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Brian obtained significant  experience working at a personal injury law firm in Boston, Massachusetts and utilized his skillful advocacy and litigation experience at one of Florida’s large law firms, representing  some of America’s largest insurance companies in America and their insureds to obtain many satisfactory settlements and resolutions.

Brian obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and his law degree from New England Law | Boston. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida
