Ashley N. Stewart is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. Ashley is a trial attorney who focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense and vehicle negligence. 

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Ashley gained valuable legal experience with the Ninth Circuit Public Defender’s Office and worked as an associate for an Orlando firm handling insurance defense, premises liability, and negligence claims. 

Ashley attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor’s degree and Florida A&M University College of Law.
