Zachary K. Allen is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. Zach is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation defense. Zach is known for his zealous advocacy on behalf of clients and his use of effective litigation strategies to meet their needs. 

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Zach practiced in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense and family law. 

Zach graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in General Human Environmental Sciences with a focus on Conventions and Meetings Management. Post-graduation, Zach worked as a paralegal at a prominent plaintiff personal injury firm where he developed a keen understanding of the litigation process.

After almost ten years of working in law offices and non-profit fundraising, Zach attended Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, FL. He graduated with High Honors in Trial Advocacy. While in law school, he volunteered as a certified legal intern with the Public Defender’s Office of the 9th Judicial Circuit in Orange County, was on the executive board of the Human Trafficking Awareness Coalition, volunteered as a VITAS tax preparer and became a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator.
