Natalia Rivera is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office. She is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice primarily on insurance defense, personal injury and liability claims. Natalia is known for her strategic and effective defense throughout every stage of litigation and her vigorous advocacy on behalf of her clients.
Before joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, she served as in-house counsel for a major national insurance company handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist cases, building a reputation for meticulous preparation and strong courtroom advocacy.
Natalia received her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
