Jessica Vaswani is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. She is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on insurance fraud and SIU, personal injury, and property and casualty. She is a dedicated litigator who brings more than a decade of hand-on legal experience to her advocacy. Jessica is known for her preparation, responsiveness, and ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable strategies.
Throughout her years as a legal professional, Jessica supported complex cases from investigation through trial, assisting with discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, managing exhibits, and coordinating witness preparation. Her time working closely with attorneys and clients has instilled in her a meticulous approach to detail, a deep understanding of trial procedure, and an appreciation for the collaborative nature of successful litigation.
Jessica earned her Bachelors degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. She was admitted to both the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2025.
Based in Orlando, Jessica remains active in the legal community, as a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and is committed to mentoring aspiring paralegals and law students while continuing her own professional development through ongoing education and experience.
