Paxton Bagan is an associate in the firm’s Miami Office. Paxton is a trial attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury and premises liability defense. He is a skilled and zealous advocate for his clients.
Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Paxton spent his career representing a variety of clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations and insurance companies. He has litigated and argued motions before circuit court judges throughout a number of Florida’s judicial circuits mainly focusing on Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County.
Paxton was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. He received his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law where he worked tirelessly in the Veterans Legal Advocacy Center, supporting veterans wishing to upgrade their discharge status to receive better benefits.
