Taylor Ager is an associate in the firm’s Jacksonville office. She is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice primarily on first party property and insurance defense litigation. She also has experience defending condominium and homeowner’s association matters, employment litigation, premises liability and personal injury claims. Taylor is known for her vigorous advocacy on behalf of her clients.

Before joining HM&B, Taylor gained valuable experience in general civil litigation obtaining several orders granting dismissals with prejudice and final summary judgment in first party property related matters.

Taylor received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, where she majored in legal studies and minored in political science. She subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor from Florida International University (FIU) College of Law, where she graduated cum laude.
