The Court granted Defendant’s Summary Judgment for Plaintiff’s Failure to Comply with FS 627.7152 in concluding that Plaintiff failed to timely provide Defendant a copy of the Assignment under 627.7152(2)(a)(4), that the Assignment failed to contain a line item per unit cost estimate and the Assignment failed to comply with FS 627.7152(2)(a)(2) because it was not executed by both the assignor and the assignee.
