After securing a Defense win where the Court granted Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff filed a Motion for Rehearing. Defendant filed its Motion for Attorney Fees and Costs pursuant to Rule 1.442 FRCP and FS 768.79. Nikki Hawkins successfully argued to the Lee County Court in opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion for Rehearing of Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment and successfully argued for Defendant’s Entitlement to Fees and Costs.
The Court Granted Defendant’s Motion for Entitlement to Attorney Fees and Costs and Denied Plaintiff’s Motion for Rehearing of Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
