HM&B Secures Order Granting Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint for Failure to Comply with FS627.70152

Plaintiffs filed a Complaint sounding in Breach of Contract, alleging damages to their property. After hearing on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Comply with Condition Precedent in accordance with FS 627.70152, the Court granted Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss. Isabel Andreacchi (drafted the Motion to Dismiss) and Mary Corbin (argued the Motion before the Court) worked together on this matter and secured the dismissal of Plaintiffs’ Complaint.
