Plaintiffs brought this action against Travelers sounding in breach of contract, bad faith, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, breach of fiduciary duty, and declaratory judgement. Plaintiffs claim that on November 11, 2013, Kaseem Turnbull was operating a rental vehicle when he “swerved into Plaintiffs’ lane of travel and collided head on into the vehicle in which Plaintiffs’ were passengers.” Kaseem Turnbull did not have permission to drive the rental vehicle. The five (5) Plaintiffs alleged several physical injuries. Chivonne Thomas secured the dismissal in the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands.
