HM&B Secures a Complete Defense Verdict in an Admitted Negligence Case

Congratulations to Nicholas DeCapua and Omari Sinclair and Team on a complete defense verdict on causation in an admitted negligence case. The case involved an intersection motor vehicle accident with significant property damage. The Plaintiff, represented by Morgan & Morgan, asked the jury for $150,000.00 in future medical expenses and more than $1,000,000.00 in past and future pain and suffering. Following a four (4) day trial, the Lake County jury deliberated for less than two hours before returning its verdict.
