HM&B PIP Team Secures Defense Verdict on Exhaustion of Benefits Defense After 4-Day Trial

Plaintiff alleged that the insurer failed to pay all medical bills and PIP benefits owed under the no fault act and the terms of the policy of insurance. After four (4) days of trial, the jury agreed that the insurance company exhausted its insurance policy benefits and owed nothing more to the Plaintiff.
