Tiffany Caparas is a partner in the firm’s Orlando office, specializing in workers’ compensation litigation. With a passion for advocating on behalf of her clients, she brings a wealth of experience to our team with years of experience as in-house counsel and in private practice. As a seasoned litigator, she uses her strong skills to help her clients achieve satisfactory resolutions.

Before joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Tiffany served as Senior Staff Counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company. In that role, she skillfully managed workers’ compensation claims across multiple districts in Florida—from inception to trial—handling even the most complex and high-exposure cases. Prior to this, she grew her expertise at Florida’s largest insurance defense firm, focusing exclusively on workers’ compensation matters. She is also certified by the State of Florida’s Department of Financial Services as an instructor for Continuing Education credits for claims adjusters and attorneys. 

Tiffany graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Marketing. She then pursued her Juris Doctor degree at Nova Southeastern University.
